Since 2007, I have been developing training solutions that have helped organizations meet the challenges caused by ever-evolving technologies, increasingly competitive marketplaces, constantly changing laws and regulations and a skilled, savvy workforce that has the pick of technical jobs. Projects have ranged from designing an award-winning eLearning course for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to crafting a talent management plan for Navy Mutual Aid Association.

I specialize in bringing content to life. I bring a mix of creative and technical approaches to project execution. Specifically, I specialize in creating engaging eLearning, learning requirements analysis, learning and development strategy and consulting, and technical writing.
